Anvod Studio retains all Intellectual property rights to all the themes. By purchasing or using one of our themes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms described below.
License
The License does allow you as a Buyer to:
- You can use the purchased theme in one single end product (website).
- You can install the purchased theme only once on one (1) domain.
- You can use the theme personally or commercially.
- You can modify the theme or create a new one based on it.
The License does not allow you to:
- Sell or distribute the theme (in original or modified).
- Transfer the materials to another person.
Support
Support includes:
- Answer your specific questions about the features and functionality of the theme.
- Help you with issues related to using the theme and getting the most value out of its functionality.
- Get assistance with reported bugs and issues.
Support does not include:
- Customizations and installations.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in special cases if the theme you purchased is broken, malfunctioning, or corrupt. I may consider issuing a refund based on the request, and only if the request was made within 30 days after the purchase.
Please note, that this refund policy applies exclusively to themes purchased on AnvodStudio.com. If you have purchased a theme from ThemeForest or JekyllThemes, you must comply with their refund policy.
